I'm so glad I have off work tomorrow. I love what I do, but I love days off more. I just wanna bum around the house, but that's probably not gonna happen.... Oh well
On a side note, Anna left for college today. She's in her way to Hickory, NC to go to Lenoir-Rhyne University for public relations. Luckily, LR is only an hour or so from where I'll be living, so I'll be able to see her every now and then... Assuming my work/school schedule allows it...

- I'm a Chef and writer who has an immense passion for what I do. I tend to rant and ramble on a variety of subjects, hence the title of this blog. The "in-training" part of the title comes from my belief that no matter how experienced a chef may be, he or she should always be training him- or herself and constantly striving to become better.
